Online Classes

All classes, courses and one-to-ones are held remotely using Zoom. Attendance is kept to a level where I can ensure the safety and effectiveness of all participants. I provide clear and precise instructions, as well as progressions and regressions for individual different abilities. There is a class to suit everyone! 

All classes are floor/mat-based and we sometimes use extra equipment such as resistance bands, light weights, spiky balls/tennis balls and Pilates balls.

To enjoy unlimited classes and other benefits you can purchase the Gold membership plan, or you can book and pay for a one-off class.
