Class Description

Pilates to get you up and moving for the day! We will sometimes incorporate weights, a Pilates soft ball, tennis ball/spiky ball and bands. Suitable for all levels. In order to take the class you will need a space big enough to stretch out your arms and legs, and a device on which to watch the class (ideally a laptop or tablet). A Pilates or yoga mat is useful if you have one. Once you have booked the class you will receive a confirmation email with details and a link to join the class on Zoom. Please click on the link no later than 5 minutes before the class start time, ensure your sound and camera is switched on and that your device is positioned so that I can see you both standing and lying down. If you are late to the class please note that I may not be able to let you in.

Booking Policy & Disclaimer

CLASSES AND APPOINTMENTS If you can no longer attend a class you have booked, I would appreciate it if you could cancel the class through the website as soon as you are able. I understand that this is not always possible. If you can no longer attend a private class/appointment, or need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. No refunds will be given for missed appointments nor will compensation be given if you are late to start the appointment. COURSES Once booked unfortunately refunds cannot be given for courses UNLESS the minimum number of participants has not been reached, in which case you will receive a full refund. If you are unhappy with any aspects of the course, please get in touch with me directly so that I can help resolve any problems. DISCLAIMER Please take note of the following precautions before taking any classes/courses: • To reduce and avoid injury, you might want to check with your doctor before beginning the classes. By participating in the classes you are doing so at your own risk. Pure Pilates will not be responsible or liable for any injury or harm you sustain as a result of my Pilates programmes. • If at any point during the class you begin to feel faint, dizzy or have any physical discomfort, you should stop immediately and seek medical advice. • Please use good judgement and common sense when taking the class.
